All dogs must complete our free evaluation day, where we'll assess temperament, energy level, and compatibility with our groups. This helps us ensure a safe and happy environment for everyone. Puppies under 16 weeks require in-home lessons before joining our programs.

For the safety of all guests, your dog must be current on rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines. Please bring proof before their first visit. 

Absolutely! Just bring your dog’s food, supplements, or medication labeled with feeding/administration instructions. Our trained staff will follow your routine precisely—and we’ll notify you promptly if any health concerns arise.

We prioritize your dog’s comfort. Grooming services (like baths, nail trims, or de-shedding) are stopped immediately if your dog shows signs of distress. Likewise, in daycare, we carefully monitor behavior and will adjust their experience if they’re overwhelmed.

Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and play style. Whether they’re fetch-lovers or couch-cozy pups, we match them thoughtfully. Playtime is balanced with rest, supervised by staff to ensure safe, happy interactions.

Start with a free evaluation day—you can schedule it by phone or email. Once your pup is approved, you can book daycare sessions, boarding dates, or training packages on our website or over the phone.

Please cancel daycare by 5 PM the day before, and boarding at least 24 hours in advance—or more for holidays—to avoid fees and give other dogs a chance to enjoy our care.
